The Chef likes to work with the best products from the sea, the countryside and the land, playing with flavours and inspirations from the Mediterranean that surrounds Menorca, sometimes adding Asian touches, also proposing the best meat from Spain and always working exclusively with fresh products.

Restaurant with terrace in Menorca
Villa Blanca has several terraces in a lush garden and combines two atmospheres, the restaurant on one side offering tapas and dishes to share as well as meats and fish and a tapas bar on the other side that allows you to nibble with a glass of wine.
It is a place of conviviality in an elegant, romantic and festive setting where you can not only have lunch or dinner but also enjoy the Menorcan nights in a relaxing, soft, gentle, musical atmosphere.
The chill out area allows you to enjoy good cocktails at the beginning or end of the evening. Every Thursday night there is a flamenco show and on other days there may be private concerts by soloists or singers… so that every night is unforgettable, joyful, unique, charming…

A delicious selection of dishes to share or not from Menorcan prawn rolls to low temperature eggs with truffle.
Fish
We only work with fresh fish such as red tuna tataki, sea bass, sea bass or squid. Our fish comes with homemade sauces and a touch of French and Asian flavours.
Meat
The wide range of cuts of all types of meat offered by the chef, from a T-bone steak to sirloin steak and picaña. We have the best meat in Spain carefully selected in Galicia.
